A vital element in keeping the peace is our military establishment. Our arms must be mighty, ready for instant action, so that no potential aggressor may be tempted to risk his own destruction.
Our military organization today bears little relation to that known by any of my predecessors in peacetime, or indeed by the fighting men of World War II or Korea.
Until the latest of our world conflicts, the United States had no armaments industry. American makers of plowshares could, with time and as required, make swords as well. But now we can no longer risk emergency improvisation of national defense; we have been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions.

Added to this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all United States corporations.
This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence – economic, political, even spiritual – is felt in every city, every Statehouse, every office of the Federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.
In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.
We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

Eisenhower sensed or knew the military industrial complex would enhance or initiate the following: The possible use of science and technology by an elite to rule and control us; the indirect or direct control of academia, science and technology because the Federal government will become the main source for funding for research and development and finally the increasing size of both the Federal government and the military industrial complex will result in the bankrupting of our democracy, unless our citizens remain vigilant guarding against such trends. Consider the following from the same speech.
“Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.

In this revolution, research has become central, it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.
Today, task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields have overshadowed the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.
The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present – and is gravely to be regarded.
Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.
It is the task of statesmanship to mold, to balance, and to integrate these and other forces, new and old, within the principles of our democratic system – ever aiming toward the supreme goals of our free society.
Another factor in maintaining balance involves the element of time. As we peer into society's future, we – you and I, and our government – must avoid the impulse to live only for today, plundering for, for our own ease and convenience, the precious resources of tomorrow. We cannot mortgage the material assets of our grandchildren without asking the loss also of their political and spiritual heritage. We want democracy to survive for all generations to come, not to become the insolvent phantom of tomorrow.

Dianne Rehm on NPR 12/14/2010 interviewed Ike’s grandson David Eisenhower and his wife Julie Nixon Eisenhower on their new book, “Going Home to Glory”, where they describe General Eisenhower’s years after he left the presidency in January 1961. This was a fascinating interview of David Eisenhower’s life with his grandfather after he left the presidency. Two points that he and his wife made during the interview standout for me. First they talked about both Eisenhower’s Fair well speech and Kennedy’s Inaugural Speech 72 hours later, in different ways told Americans to reclaim their responsibilities and rights as citizens if they wished to maintain their cherished form of government. Top Secret America
According to individuals whom concern themselves with liberty and freedom countries heading toward tyranny display certain characteristics. One of the characteristics is government become more secretive. Two reporters for the Washington Post spent 2 years researching information for this website based on public records, government documents and websites. It would probably take a lifetime to explore. After 9/11 there was a huge increase in government spending on Top Secret activities. This article and \investigation explores this mushrooming of top secret activities. Here are some highlights from the 17 page article.
· The secret infrastructure set up to protect us after 9/11 is so vast that no one knows how many people work there, how much money is spent and how many agencies may do the same work! According to the 2 year Washington Post investigation this is totally secret from the public and lacking proper oversight.
· Approximately 1,271 government agencies and 1,931 private companies work on programs covering counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence in 10,000 locations throughout the country. Approximately 854,000 people work for these secret organizations. Everyday these civil servants, military personnel and private contractors with top secret

security clearances are scanned into offices protected by electromagnetic locks, retinal cameras and fortified walls that eavesdropping equipment can not penetrate. After years of massive growth and spending its impact on our safety is impossible to measure.
· In the Washington area alone 33 secret buildings complexes have been built or are under construction equivalent to almost 3 pentagons or 22 Capital buildings.
· Many agencies do the same work creating redundancy and waste. Over 50 agencies track money to terrorist groups. Analysts who study and track terrorists create over 50,000 reports a year a huge volume. Most of the reports are ignored. Despite the huge amount of resources the Fort Hood massacre was not stopped and we have had other close calls that have only been stopped by alert citizens. Even the Secretary of Defense in an interview with the Post stated there is just so much information!
· The Department of Defense has 2/3 of the intelligence agencies. Only a few super workers have access to all the intelligence work. Yet even they claim they cannot keep up with all the data. At the National Security Agency computers store 1.7 billion emails, phone calls and other communications daily. Information about Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab the Detroit Underwear Bomber was buried somewhere within all that data but it was an alert Dutch passenger that saved the flight that day. Retired army Lt. Gen John R. Vines who at one point commanded 145,000 troops in Iraq was stunned by what he observed. Here is what he said, “I’m not aware of any agency with the authority, responsibility or a process in place to coordinate all these interagency and commercial activities… The complexity of this system defies description.”
· After the near bombing on the plane in Detroit intelligence agencies asked for more analysts and more funding. The Obama Administration indicated it would likely expand the funding.

· Most of the information on this project is classified so it is difficult for government to monitor the program or gauge it’s effectiveness. The government budget for intelligence was 75 billion dollars 21 and ½ times the budget before 9/11/2001.
· Because intelligence was infused with so much money after 9/11 and it was so vast and complex an agency called Office of the Director of Intelligence was created to oversee it. But the Congress did not give the director any budgetary power over all the agencies he was suppose to oversee so they went their own ways. Even today although improving, the lines of control from this agency are not clear to intelligence officials.
· Another area that hampers effectiveness of intelligence gathering is secrecy. In the intelligence agencies there are ultra secret programs called special access programs that only a few individuals know what is going on within these secretive operations. The Pentagon has over 300 pages of code names for these ultra secret operations. To get a sense of the magnitude of secrecy consider the following quote from James R. Clapper, undersecretary of defense for intelligence and the Obama administration’s nominee to be the next director of national intelligence. There is only one entity in the entire universe that has visibility on all the SAPs – that’s God.
· Such secrecy can undermine the normal change of command when leaders undercut rivals or superior officers command subordinates to keep needed information secret. Secrecy is also utilized to protect ineffective projects.

September 2011/PBS Frontline Top Secret America
This program reviewed much of the above but had other interesting details about Secrecy
· Starting on the night of 9/11, the strategy for the new war on terrorism was written in secrecy, by a CIA leader named Cofer Black. Frontline interviewed several high level CIA agents about the secret war code named Greystone.
· President George W. Bush authorized for the first time a covert war on terrorism that operated in over 12 countries lead by the CIA. This action maybe larger than the prior large scale actions conducted at the height of the cold war.
· Upset by the CIA’s lead in this operation, Donald Rumsfeld set up his own operations using special forces also not bound by the rules of engagement of the traditional military.
In this war special forces, private contractors and private corporations have been hired to fight and the rules of engagement that apply to our traditional military do not apply to them.

· Thousands of drone strikes and other forms of assassinations have been conducted with little oversight by our traditional branches of government.
· During the wars in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq thousands of prisoners have been captured. High level prisoners disappeared into black sites or secret prisons for the first time, set up and run by the CIA. In these prisons rules for treatment of prisoners do not apply and methods of torture including water boarding were employed.
· The NSA or National Security Agency, the largest most secretive intelligence Agency in the country was asked to protect the U.S. from further terrorism. Lack of Accountability Private Contractors for the Military NPR/10/7/2007
I feel these NPR links are interesting because they shed some light on private contractor’s role in Iraq and Afghanistan and they illuminate how private contractors have much less accountability than other United States

military branches. If the NPR analysis is correct, tyrannical elements might find private contractors more advantageous in suppressing opposition since they are not held to as high of a standard for human rights as the U.S. military. The other reason that I find these links intriguing is that private contractors have some characteristics of mercenaries. Historically mercenaries are employed when subjects are less willing to fight in wars sponsored by their governments. Private contractors described here not only employed former U.S military personnel but personal from militaries through out the world.
In the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts the 2nd largest contingent of military forces are private contractors according to one of the NPR guests. The rules of engagement are different depending on who employs the private contractors, however they are very complex requiring a high level of judgment.
In 2007 Black Water a large private contractor achieved notoriety because of shooting incidents involving several of its employees. Although they come under the jurisdiction of U.S. law it is unclear which laws. On October 2, 2007, Robert Young Pelton author of “License to Kill: Hired Guns on the War on Terror”, describes how Black Water U.S. A. operates in Iraq and who regulates them with Robert Siegel on All Things Considered on NPR.
The State Department oversees Black Water operations and employs them to protect their employees. When contractors are involved in shooting incidents that might involve negligence or malevolent intent they often are not tried in military or civilian courts. Instead they are simply fired. At the time of the interview Black water employed about 800 and by that time 122 were fired because of unsatisfactory job performance. It is unclear how many of these dismissals would have landed the employees in court martial or jail had they been regular U.S. soldiers.
One other issue covered in one of the interviews is that the average Black Water private contractor is paid $12,000 a day. This is far more than regular U.S military pay. It is true that these contractors are specialized highly trained military personal but it still amazes me that in a little over four days these people can make as much money as I can in a year of teaching. Could Military be Used for Tools for Tyranny?
According to an article by infowars, “U.S. Army Trains to Confront Tea Party Terrorist, 4/29/2010, in early 2006, the 109th Congress passed a bill containing controversial provisions granting the president the ability to use federal troops inside the United States in emergency situations. These changes (in Section 1076) were included in the John Warner Defense Appropriation Act for Fiscal Year 2007. In 2008, Congress restored many of the earlier limitations on the president’s ability to deploy troops within the United States, but Bush issued a signing statement indicating he was not bound by the changes. Obama has taken up with signing statements where Bush left off. Before that time the deployment of American Soldiers has been prohibited within the United States since the end of the Civil War under The Posse Comitatus Act.

The government then employs a solution that involves taking some of the peoples liberties and freedoms away in the name of security.

How to Set up A Global Financial Order Mostly NonviolentlyJohn Perkins-Economic Hit Man
John Perkins is the author of the book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man. These notes are taken from an interview on June 21, 2007. Mr. Perkins was hired by the National Security Agency where he said they identified him as being best suited to be an economic hit man. After working for the Peace Corp, he was recruited by a vice president of a major consulting firm who had connections with the National Security Agency and recruited him to be an economic hit man. Here are some interesting concepts from the interview.
· Economic hit men are hired by private corporations; not by the Federal government so if they are caught the Federal government can deny any involvement with them. However, the Federal government does pay the consulting companies.
· There are 3 powerful drugs to seduce individuals to violate their moral code and work for nefarious outfits being sex, money and power.
· John Perkins was trained and seduced by his gorgeous trainer in her plush apartment in Boston where his training to be an economic hit man took place. Earlier the NSA extensively interviewed him, they had him on polygraph machines and he believes they knew of all of his weaknesses, which they conveyed to his trainer. She exploited his weaknesses from the beginning of his training.
· Perkins became a partner and part owner of the company that hired him and eventually had 50 people working under him. The company called itself an engineering construction company but it never did any construction. Instead it went into poor or developing companies and convinced government officials to take out huge loans to initiate vast infrastructure projects knowing that the

country would not be able to pay off the loans. Then the company worked with organizations like the World Bank to secure the loans.
· Countries built power plants, transmission lines, distribution systems, ports, hydroelectric dams, highways, industrial parks, etc. These projects primarily benefited the very wealthy. 90% of the loan would come back to the U.S. to companies like Halliburton to build the infrastructure.
· Over time the countries have to refinance the loan but the debt gets bigger and bigger. According to Perkins at that time Ecuador owes 50% of its national budget just to service its debt. This reduces money that can be spent on services or education that its citizens need. Does this sound like a country that you know?
· At some point countries realize that they can’t pay the debt. This is when the economic hit men get their pound of flesh. At that time, in Ecuador we told the government, “Since you cannot pay off your debt, we need your oil. You need to turn over certain locations in the Amazon to our oil companies.” The government complies despite resistance from indigenous people living in the area. In some places indigenous people have declared war vowing to fight to the last man to keep the oil companies out.
· The U.S. allied with industrialists seized natural resources in various countries throughout the world utilizing these tactics. We managed to create the greatest empire in the world for the most part without the use of military force.
· If the economic hit men have not been successful, the jackals are sent in. Often special forces destabilize the country by fermenting rebellion or assassinating political leaders. If this fails, on rare occasions the U.S. has sent the military to topple governments.
· Perkins claims that he knows some of the jackals in the countries where he worked. Again the jackals do not work for any government agencies but are hired by off shore corporations often from England or Australia with names like Global Alternatives or Global Solutions. Government organizations like the State Department often contract with these off shore corporations. Again if jackals are caught since they work for off shore organizations it is very difficult to pin any blame on any government organization. Because people who work for these off shore organizations are not taxed by the U.S. government, the money spent does not show up on our books and the people who die or are injured do not show up on our casualty lists. According to the author, private

contractors ship thousands of people into Iraq. Many are former U.S. military but others come from countries throughout the world. None of this shows up on military or government budgets! Such private soldiers are not constrained by military rules and regulations passed by our Congress, thus evidence suggests that they are involved in torture. · A related issue is the huge costs of keeping private contractors and private corporations in business. Bribery is an honored part of doing business throughout the world. U.S. corporations are prohibited from offering bribes to obtain business. However they can do other amoral things like offering scholarships or offering contracts to relatives of political leaders whom look after their interests.
· There is a statistic stating that the U.S. contains 5% of the world’s population but consumes between 25 to 30% of its resources. What is not as widely known is in the U.S. population 1% or less of the wealthy families control the 25 to 30% of the resources that come to the country. It is his belief that the resentment against us occurring throughout the rest of the world is because of these statistics and the fact that others are suffering because of it.
· Perkins began his work in Indonesia then after that hired a lot of people and worked in Iran, Panama, Columbia and Egypt.
· He worked with people with various organization including organizations like the World Bank. Most of the people in these organizations did not know the true aims of his work. However the few individuals at the very top of the organizations did know and did support his nefarious goals.
· He became good friends with Omar Trujillos who was a leader in Panama. Trujillos met with Perkins and said, “I know what you are trying to do and I will not let you. However if you try to help my people and you are honest with me then I will see that your company gets our business. His presidential plane later blew up. Many investigators believe it was a CIA job done because many government officials in the Reagan Administration did not want him to rebuild the canal with Japanese help.

· When I take the information starting with Ike’s speech and I consider the Washington Post’s article on Top Secret America, along with PBS Frontline's Top Secret America, I believe we are in dangerous uncharted waters. During the 1960ties and 1970ties the CIA and other organizations were caught and properly chastised for conducting activities antithetical to American values. Our government learned their lesson! Unfortunately I believe it was the wrong lesson. Today I believe government agencies no longer do the dirty work. Instead the suppression when it occurs is farmed out to entities like Black Water and a myriad of other corporations and private contractors. Our government and the hidden interests whom control them can quietly call on these private contractors or corporations as the tools for suppression. If the contractors or corporations get caught doing activities antithetical to our values then they, not our government agencies can take the heat. However, the government or hidden elites whom secretly fund their activities get off Scott free.
If hard tyranny of the kind that exists in North Korea, Russia, Burma, China or other nations arrives at our shores I believe our government or government agencies will not enforce it. At least not initially! In stead the secretive suppressors and potential death squads will come from our hidden elites through private contractors or corporations that government agencies will publicly denounce but privately fund. Perhaps the drug cartels that our government sometimes support, might also be able to play a role in suppressing dissent since they are good at suppression in the communities that they control!

· Transport electricity over vast distances without the need for wires. Unfortunately, this technology can confuse airplanes, missile guidance systems and knock out communication systems through out the world. In the December 1980 issue is an article called “The New Battlefield” by John B Alexander where he envisions what the new battlefield might look like. He discusses a lot of parapsychological concepts that the Soviet Union studied extensively, that might have military applications such as telepathy, psycho-kinesis and remote viewing. He also briefly mentioned how the Soviets studied the effects of beaming electromagnetic radiation and also beamed it at the American Embassy in Moscow. · Secretary of Defense William Cohen presented a keynote address at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy at the Georgia Center, Mahler Auditorium, University of Georgia, Athens, Ga. on April 28, 1997. The event is part of the Sam Nunn Policy Forum was hosted by the University of Georgia. Secretary Cohen part of the Clinton administration is joined by Sen. Sam Nunn and Sen. Richard G. Lugar.] In his quote he seems to imply that devices to control weather and electromagnetic radiation weapons to trigger volcanoes and earthquakes exist similar to what is rumored to exist on the secret HAARP facility. Here is the relevant portion of the quote. “There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

· Zbigneiw Brzezinski, former United States Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter and an advisor to the Obama Administration, discussed the use of mind control back in 1970. "Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behavior. Geophysicist Gordon J. F. MacDonald specialist in problems of warfare says accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes 'could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the Earth. . . . In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period. . . .' No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades." The following statement was made around 1970 in a book which Brzezinski wrote while a professor at Columbia University. · His forecasts proved accurate. Today, a number of new tools for the "elite" are emerging, and the temptation to use them increases steadily. The policies to permit the tools to be used are already in place. How could the United States be changed, bit by bit, into the predicted highly-controlled techno-society? Among the "steppingstones" Brzezinski expected were persisting social crises and use of the mass media to gain the public's confidence.
The Bullets below discuss in a little more detail how HAARP might be used to affect both human mental capabilities and the weather. Some of them have clues so one can research them farther by finding the studies or information from the Congressional record.
· In another document prepared by the government, the U.S. Air Force claims: "The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations... Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and anti-personnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop... One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena."
· The United States Congressional record deals with the use of HAARP for penetrating the earth with signals bounced off of the ionosphere. These signals are used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. The U.S.

Senate set aside $15 million dollars in 1996 to develop this ability alone -- earth-penetrating-tomography. The problem is that the frequency needed for earth-penetrating radiation is within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It may also have profound effects on migration patterns of fish and wild animals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes.
The military has had about twenty years to work on weather warfare methods, which it euphemistically calls weather modification. For example, rainmaking technology was taken for a few test rides in Vietnam. The U.S. Department of Defense sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury. And they looked at some complicated technologies that would give big effects. Angels Don't Play This HAARP cites an expert who says the military studied both lasers and chemicals which they figured could damage the ozone layer over an enemy. Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, now under the acronym ARPA.) (DARPA'S LOGO IS A PYRAMID AND ALL-SEEING EYE!) In 1994 the Air Force revealed its Spacecast 2020 master plan which includes weather control. Scientists have experimented with weather control since the 1940's, but Spacecast 2020 noted that "using environmental modification techniques to destroy, damage or injure another state are prohibited." Having said that, the Air Force claimed that advances in technology "compels a reexamination of this sensitive and potentially risky topic."
· As far back as 1958, the chief White House advisor on weather modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, said the U.S. defense department was studying "ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather" by using an electronic beam to ionize or de-ionize the atmosphere over a given area.
· In 1966, Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald was associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee, and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality.
· He published papers on the use of environmental-control technologies for military purposes. MacDonald made a revealing comment: "The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. " World-recognized scientist MacDonald had a number of ideas for using the environment as a weapon system and he contributed to what was, at the time, the dream of a futurist. When he wrote his chapter, "How To Wreck The Environment," for the book Unless Peace Comes, he was not kidding around. In it he describes the use of weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice cap melting or destabilization, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake engineering, ocean wave control and brain wave manipulation using the planet's energy fields.
· He also said that these types of weapons would be developed and, when used, would be virtually undetectable by their victims. Is HAARP that weapon? The military's intention to do environmental engineering is well documented, U.S. Congress' subcommittee hearings on Oceans and International Environment looked into military weather and climate modification conducted in the early 1970's. "What emerged was an awesome picture of far-ranging research and experimentation by the Department of Defense into ways environmental tampering could be used as a weapon," said another author cited in Angles Don't Play This HAARP.

They’re Here, Drone Humming Birds and Insects!
· The Pentagon has poured billions into creating tiny drones in the shape of humming birds and insects equipped with video and audio equipment. The devices could end up being used by police and firefighters.
· Here is one quote from the newspaper article. “With a 6.5 – inch wing span, the remote-controlled bird weighs less than a AA battery and can fly at speeds of 11 mph, propelled only by the flapping of its tow wings. A tiny video camera sits in its belly. The bird can climb and descend vertically and fly sideways, forward and backward. It can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise. Most of all it can hover and perch on a window ledge while it gathers intelligence, unbeknownst to the enemy…

Morgellon’s Disease What is it?
People who claim to have it say it feels like some kind of creature is itching or crawling under their skin and they often dig it out creating open sores. Some claim they find fibers being pushed out of the body. Unilateral Geoengineering The Council on Foreign Relations
Members of the Council on Foreign Relations discussed the possible need for geoengineering to counter the impact of global warming caused by the increase of green house gases due in their belief to human activities. They briefly discusses the unknown impact of Geoengineering then present four basic geoengineering strategies with the most potential as well as establishing international norms for the use and application of Geoengineering. Below taken directly from the article are the four most promising strategies for Geoengineering in their opinion. The first option is to add small reflective particles to the upper atmosphere. (the stratosphere which is located between 15 to 50 miles above the Earth’s surface ) The second option is to add more clouds to the lower atmosphere (the troposphere) to increase reflectivity. The third option is to place reflective objects in space between the Earth and the sun. The final strategy is to change the surface of the land area of Earth from dark objects that absorb heat such as trees and forests to lighter objects such as grasses or snow cover. Their cost analysis indicated that adding small reflective particles to the upper atmosphere was the least costly thus potentially most effective means to reduce global warming. Below are other interesting statements from the article.
· Of the radiation from the sun 30% is radiated back out into space and 70% is trapped on the Earth by water vapor, carbon dioxide and other green house gases. As a result of these natural green house gasses the Earth is 60 degrees warmer than it would be if the gases were not present.
· Carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere are increasing because of human activities and the extra carbon dioxide will stay in atmosphere between 2 and 10 centuries yet increasing amounts are being poured into atmosphere because of increasing industrialization worldwide. Acidification of oceans from atmospheric carbon is increased by 30%. This blocks some organisms ability to produce calciferous shells affecting the food chain. Acidification of the oceans is also slowly destroying coral reefs that protect various coastlines. So in the long term global warming could become a real problem that geoengineering can alleviate until we can find a way to reduce carbon in the atmosphere that is the real problem for the oceans.
· It is believed that injections of aerosols into the upper atmosphere through the use of navel guns, hot air balloons, or spraying with high flying attitude jets is the most

effective way of injecting small reflective particles such as sulfur dioxide or aluminum oxide dust into the stratosphere where it could remain for 1 to 2 years so such a program could be repeated annually or biannually.
· Nature does the same thing through eruptions of large volcanoes. In 1991 the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines injected enough particulates into the stratosphere so over the next 6-18 months, the average temperature of the earth fell .5 degrees Celsius. Scientists also noted a significant drop in rainfall and output from rivers especially in the tropics. They believe that injecting aerosols into the upper stratosphere would cause similar impacts possibly intensifying droughts in some regions.
· However global warming could force countries to resort to geoengineering especially if sea levels rise dramatically or warming threatens to release vast amounts of frozen methane deposits found in the arctic or at the edges of the continental shelves. The release of methane, a carbon containing green house gas, would drastically increase the rate of global warming.
· Various other methods of geoengineering were mentioned in the article. Here is an idea that I found fascinating. Scientists design self- levitating aerosols engineered to migrate to various regions especially the poles where the impact of global warming is the greatest. They could also be designed to rise above the stratosphere so they would not interfere with the stratospheric chemistry. One scientist believes it is possible to create microscopic reflecting composite particles that would be self orienting and self levitating under the combined influences of solar radiation, differential forces from molecular collisions, and the earth’s electrical and magnetic fields. If properly conceived the levitating particles could rise above the stratosphere reducing their capacity to interfere with ozone chemistry and they would migrate toward the poles where they would be needed since the impact of global warming is greatest at the poles. The Dark Side Of Geo-engineering
· Recently the assumption of global warming being caused by just man’s activities is being questioned. I have read that astronomers are reporting that temperatures all the planets even Pluto are warming. In addition there is more melting occurring on the

ice caps on Mars. If true this would indicate that our sun getting hotter causes part of our global warming. This of course does not address the problem of acid rains or the acidification of the oceans.
· Although I have not investigated this for myself many claim that global warming is being used as a cover so that geo-engineering can be utilized for nefarious purposes. People espousing this view believe that jets are already spraying chemical trails called chemtrails. They believe toxic chemicals designed to weaken or destroy us are sprayed far above us. According to them many of the hormonal disorders, infertility problems and chronic diseases increasing now, stem partly from the covert misuse of these chemicals using geo-engineering.
· Again I must emphasize that we got so many secret activities conducted by the government with limited oversight but massive amounts of money that we cannot account for. Perhaps some of it is channeled to nefarious weapons or geoengineering activities. We really have no way to know. Do you trust your members of Congress who are likely controlled by the banks who are likely controlled by hidden elites to tell you really what is going on?
The Relationship of Monetary Policy to Tyranny and Representative Government
After reviewing the articles and links especially in this file I have submitted evidence that our government, corporations, private contractors and other hidden forces have and are continuing to subvert values of freedom, liberty and justice that I and I hope most Americans hold dear. In the article below that I wrote, I present a brief overview of what I believe happens when we give the power to create money and control interests rates to private individuals and banks. According to some historians this process has occurred in many other nations. Like the others, we who don’t know our history, may be doomed to repeat it. In the article below I show the big picture of how over a span of about 100 years, a very small group of elite individuals have gained control over our nation and its resources. In the process without firing a shot these hidden ones are dismantling our representative form of government.

The Relationship of Monetary Policy to Tyranny and Representative Government

- Perhaps the most profitable low risk job in the world is an investor in a central bank who can seemingly conjure money from nothing, then loan it to others at interest.
- Such investors invest in central banks owned mostly by large banks according to Stephen Zarlenga a well known monetary reformer.
- The Federal Reserve creates money and lends it to our government at interest. According to Ellen Brown it no longer expects us to payoff the debt, it is too large, just the interest. The Reserve takes 6% interest and returns the rest to the treasury. This is still more expensive than if the government produced its own money charging no interest to taxpayers. The Federal Reserve raises and lowers short term interest rates it charges to banks impacting overall rates of interest.
- The Federal Reserve along with commercial banks creates our currency, determines the amount of money and greatly influences interest rates banks charge for loans.
- The Federal Reserve independently pursues its own agenda with nominal accountability to the legislative branch. Even the president, the commander in chief has little authority over the Federal Reserve. It has never been audited by any other government agency. Thus we do not know how it regulates its banks or how it uses its money!
- Commercial banks also conjure money out of thin air. The Federal Reserve determines the amount banks create depending on how much reserves or money the commercial banks deposit at the Federal Reserve. Roughly, for every $1,111.12 a bank has in its reserves at the Federal Reserve, it creates approximately $l00,000 dollars or more to loan out to customers at interest.
- The Federal Reserve increases money supply by lowering short term interest rates and or reducing the amount of reserves banks need to keep at the Federal Reserve for any given amount of money. Conversely The Fed decreases money supply by raising interest rates or by expanding the amount of reserves necessary for a given amount of money. However, Ellen Brown and others claim reserves are no longer required to back up bank deposits. This allows them to create more money. The Federal Reserve also buys bonds to increase money supply and sells bonds to decrease the supply.

- In our monetary system, money is created from debt. When you apply for a loan to pay for a car, college education, or a house, once you agree to be responsible for the loan and promise to pay it back plus interest, the bank with a click of a mouse creates the money and deposits it to your account so you can take possession of the car or house or pay the college.
- When we create money through debt, debt must increase over time. Also the only way money can be created is through debt. However, over time economies collapse because taxpayers must pay interest on the growing debt to keep the government from defaulting and/or the government must increase the money supply to pay off the old debt. The amount of goods and services produced over time rarely keeps up with the expanding money supply so inflation results which reduces the value of money and the taxpayer’s purchasing power. Our yearly deficit and national debt follow the same principle.
- If The Fed increases money supply, inflation is only avoided if workers increase their efficiency and productivity allowing them also to increase their wages and purchasing power. Conversely, if money supply increases without increasing productivity wages stagnate, inflation sets in and money purchasing power decreases.
- Wealthy people can pay up front with cash the actual price of houses, cars etc. Others borrow from banks owned by wealthy investors. Over the course of the loan one usually pays 2 ½ or more times the amount of the loan. Thus money flows from the poor and middle classes consolidating in fewer hands in the wealthy classes.
- Most people or businesses can’t afford to pay cash up front for mortgages, capital investments research or development or other ventures. Thus immense interest flows to the banks, impacting the price of everything bought for all business pay interests and pass the expense along to everyone. In my opinion, this is the most devious secretive value added tax ever conceived! Everyone must constantly grow in order to pay off debt and the interest on the debt. Over time, the debt grows thus even money needed to pay the interests on the increasing debt. Gradually, the economic climate worsens and competition intensifies, leading to consolidations and mergers resulting in more monopolies of power and wealth.
- Powerful interest siphon wealth from middle and lower classes employing money to corrupt government. Today unelected special interests often write and pass bills through Congress and state legislatures subverting our representative government.
- Audits would determine whether hedge funds and investment banks like Goldman Sachs received huge payoffs and help prevent such actions in the future.

This 1964 congressional report briefly describes history of money and offers a very detailed explanation of Federal Reserves structure, role and impact on Americans.

Washington: Still Productions, 1966 (Video) Lots of fascinating details on history of money from Roman times to the present and the present day impact of monetary policy. Also he briefly describes a Congressional Monetary Reform Act that offers a national solution to the present crisis. This is my second favorite source because the presentation is entertaining, clear, comprehensible, thoughtful yet densely packed with facts!

I have listened to www.infowars.com off and on for about 5 years and figure they have about a 70% accuracy rate so I will submit their take on the war then provide data to back up some of what they claim.
In their view the United States and its Congress is no longer in charge of our foreign policy. In fact the government has been slowly abdicating its responsibility at least since 1913. Today the U.N. So one last thing before getting back to the Libyan war specifically is we got this giant deficit and debt and Obama is suppose to be concerned about it. So why did he within 48 hours of the U.N. no fly resolution, commit our military to another war? On top of that he did not even consult with Congress. We’ve come a long way baby. In the past, Congress had to declare war and approve funds before the President could conduct the war. World War II was the last war Congress declared! After World War, the Presidents consulted with Congress before putting our warriors in harms way. Not any more! Looks like starting with the Libyan adventure the executive branch or the Security Council of the U.N. now determines when we go to war.
If I think about us being on the brink of economic collapse and hyperinflation, it does not make sense that the president would get us into another costly military adventure. What does that make it now, three or four wars? If I include the covert actions occurring in Pakistan I would say we got 4 wars going. Either Obama is an idiot or something else is going on. If I look at the growing debt I note that since the 1970ties, the executive and legislative branches of our Federal government have been increasing spending. Infowars claims that Obama and many of the Presidents before him, work for the International Banks. This at least explains their irrational suicidal behavior on the part of our executive and legislative branches of government, spending us into financial ruin. If the international banking system is to set up their global government the American industrial base, the middle class and the dollar must be destroyed. Seems like they are making fantastic progress on all 3 fronts. Oh sure I say that Obama had to open up the printing presses at the Fed to print money because he had to bail out the banks to save the economy and help the unemployed but then he turned around with Congress and made the Fed and the banks who got us into this mess in the first place larger, more concentrated and powerful. Therefore, when the next financial crisis strikes we won’t have a chance! Then to add icing to the cake when the U.N. says jump, he says how high and without a second thought our military is committed to a fourth war in Libya without even contemplating our financial condition or asking Congress. Oh sure we got the money because the Fed is now printing the money to buy up 70% of the treasury bonds representing our foreign creditors are no longer willing to take. Think Germany prior to World War II to envision the hyperinflation coming our way if this madness is not stopped immediately.

Now back to Libya. About 3 days after we went in, www.infowars.com stated that Al Qaeda controlled and created by the CIA are in charge of the rebel forces. So the people we are trying to blow up in Pakistan and Afghanistan, we are supporting in Libya. From a national standpoint it does not make sense. In fact, Afghanistan no longer makes a lot of sense. Karzai’s brother is a drug lord and the local population bitterly complains of the corruption in his government. How come so many of the governments we propped up starting with Vietnam are corrupt and dictatorial? Anyway infowars is one of the few claiming the CIA utilizing both international banking funds and American taxes are funding and controlling the rebels in Libya and the Arab world. Based on history described in articles above and in articles from the post Trends Toward a New World Order, the CIA has often covertly been a deciding factor in rebellions and overthrow of governments so Infowar’s analysis maybe correct. However articles in the mainstream press Wall Street Journal, LA Times, Telegraph and CBS News are exploring the links that the rebels have to the CIA funded Al Qaeda and other fundamental Islamist groups. According to him, the CIA and other intelligence groups were attacking and attempting to destabilize restive Muslim republics within the Soviet Union. In his view, the Soviets attacked Afghanistan because the attacks were coming from there and they felt it was a defensive not an offensive action as portrayed in the West. Alex Jones and Jim Tucker believe not only is Al Qaeda but the Taliban is also well represented in the Libyan rebel forces. In their view the globalist banksters whom are making their move for world domination hope to install these rebel forces in Libya so they have access to vast funding supplied by Libyan oil. This funding will enable them to carry out high level attacks against European and or American cities utilizing weapons of mass destruction. Once those false flag operations can be set into motion Europeans and Americans will gladly give up their limited freedoms for security and the banksters can initiate their world wide war in the Middle East.
Jim Tucker is a famous journalist who has been following the Bilderberg group for over 30 years. In this group according to Conspiracy Theorists, leaders of the greatest banks and other economic forces meet to determine foreign policy of various countries of the world. So much for representative government!
According to Tucker the leaders of the group were very upset and angry because people throughout the world were more aware and resisting the groups activities. The group was approximately 11 years behind in its plans because they hoped to have the nations give up their sovereignty by the turn of the century to the U.N. global government. The group realizes now they need to pull out all their stops to bring on global government.
In order especially to destroy the United States middle class their aim is to raise gas prices to at least $7 dollars a barrel by the end of 2012. The goal is to reduce living standards in America so that we and others in the world will have the same standard of living. This will be accomplished through the U.N. Agenda 21 procedures.
Henry Kissinger is calling for United States to send ground troops to Libya. This will help inflame the region eventually leading to an invasion of Iran. Iran with its treaties with China and Russia could bring one or both of these countries into the war to defend Iran.
Yesterday Alex Jones discussed one of the Princes in Saudi Arabia as visiting Russia and China in order to get help because he now knows that the U.S. and Brittan have double crossed his country for the globalist in England and the U.S are using their

intelligence agencies to ferment revolution in various Arabic governments. The prince also visited Pakistan to ask that the Pakistanis send a brigade of troops to help suppress insurrections that might occur in the country.
This would be insurance because if the West then financed rebels against the Saudi regime and or sent in ground troops, they might think twice before attacking the Pakistani troops. Pakistan is now a nuclear power and has alliances with China. China might come to Pakistan’s aide. In addition because of Saudi Arabia’s perception of being betrayed they have announced that they are reducing their production of oil.
I find it hard to believe that the United States may be involved in these deceptive covert operations but when I look at the articles above this one, there is plenty of evidence that the U.S. in its past has been involved in such activities and has conducted false flag incidents to manipulate its people to go to war or to give up their rights and freedoms. | Gulf War Illness and the Health of Gulf War Veterans
Gulf War illness, the multisymptom condition resulting from service in the 1990-1991 Gulf War, is the most prominent health issue affecting Gulf War veterans, but not the only one. The Congressionally- mandated Research Advisory Committee on Gulf War Veterans’ Illnesses has reviewed the extensive evidence now available, including important findings from scientific research and government investigations not considered by earlier panels, to determine what is known about the health consequences of military service in the Gulf War. This evidence identifies the foremost causes of Gulf War illness, describes biological characteristics of this condition, and provides direction for future research urgently needed to improve the health of Gulf War veterans.
Gulf War illness is a serious condition that affects at least one fourth of the 697,000 U.S. veterans who served in the 1990-1991 Gulf War. This complex of multiple concurrent symptoms typically includes persistent memory and concentration problems, chronic headaches, widespread pain, gastrointestinal problems, and other chronic abnormalities not explained by well-established diagnoses. No effective treatments have been identified for Gulf War illness and studies indicate that few veterans have recovered over time.

Gulf War illness fundamentally differs from trauma and stress-related syndromes described after other wars. Studies consistently indicate that Gulf War illness is not the result of combat or other stressors and that Gulf War veterans have lower rates of posttraumatic stress disorder than veterans of other wars. No similar widespread, unexplained symptomatic illness has been identified in veterans who have served in war zones since the Gulf War, including current Middle East deployments.
Evidence strongly and consistently indicates that two Gulf War neurotoxic exposures are causally associated with Gulf War illness: 1) use of pyridostigmine bromide (PB) pills, given to protect troops from effects of nerve agents, and 2) pesticide use during deployment. Evidence includes the consistent association of Gulf War illness with PB and pesticides across studies of Gulf War veterans, identified dose-response effects, and research findings in other populations and in animal models.
For several Gulf War exposures, an association with Gulf War illness cannot be ruled out. These include low-level exposure to nerve agents, close proximity to oil well fires, receipt of multiple vaccines, and effects of combinations of Gulf War exposures. There is some evidence supporting a possible association between these exposures and Gulf War illness, but that evidence is inconsistent or limited in important ways.
Other wartime exposures are not likely to have caused Gulf War illness for the majority of ill veterans. For remaining exposures, there is little evidence supporting an association with Gulf War illness or a major role is unlikely based on what is known about exposure patterns during the Gulf War and more recent deployments. These include depleted uranium, anthrax vaccine, fuels, solvents, sand and particulates, infectious diseases, and chemical agent resistant coating (CARC).
Findings in Brief �� 1Gulf War illness is associated with diverse biological alterations that most prominently affect the brain and nervous system. Research findings in veterans with Gulf War illness include significant differences in brain structure and function, autonomic nervous system function, neuroendocrine and immune measures, and measures associated with vulnerability to neurotoxic chemicals. There is little evidence of peripheral neuropathies in Gulf War veterans.
Gulf War illness has both similarities and differences with multisymptom conditions in the general population. Symptom-defined conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and multiple chemical sensitivity occur at elevated rates in Gulf War veterans, but account for only a small proportion of veterans with Gulf War illness.
Studies indicate that Gulf War veterans have significantly higher rates of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) than other veterans, and that Gulf War veterans potentially exposed to nerve agents have died from brain cancer at elevated rates. Although these conditions have affected relatively few veterans, they are cause for concern and require continued monitoring.
Important questions remain about other Gulf War health issues. These include questions about rates of other neurological diseases, cancers, and diagnosed conditions in Gulf War veterans, current information on overall and disease-specific mortality rates in Gulf War veterans, and unanswered questions concerning the health of veterans’ children.
Federal Gulf War research programs have not been effective, historically, in addressing priority issues related to Gulf War illness and the health of Gulf War veterans. Substantial federal Gulf War research funding has been used for studies that have little or no relevance to the health of Gulf War veterans, and for research on stress and psychiatric illness. Recent Congressional actions have brought about promising new program developments at the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, but overall federal funding for Gulf War research has declined dramatically since 2001.
A renewed federal research commitment is needed to identify effective treatments for Gulf War illness and address other priority Gulf War health issues. Adequate funding is required to achieve the critical objectives of improving the health of Gulf War veterans and preventing similar problems in future deployments. This is a national obligation, made especially urgent by the many years that Gulf War veterans have waited for answers and assistance.
Unlike the documents below this government report does not believe that depleted uranium had much to do with the gulf war syndrome as you can see in the section that I underlined. · Depleted Uranium munitions were utilized widely for the first time in the 1990-1991 Gulf War. Like other hazardous materials veterans encountered in this war, no records exists quantifying how much exposure veterans had to DU or other substances.
· Depleted uranium the by product left over when natural uranium is enriched for weapons or for use to create energy. The depleted uranium has about 60% of the radioactivity of natural uranium. It can also be considered a chemical hazard.
· Because DU is very heavy and causes fire upon impact it was highly effective in destroying Iraqi tanks. However, fine particles of uranium dust and aerosol were produced in the resultant explosions and fires that can be inhaled or absorbed through the skin. The dust and aerosols also settles on and contaminates objects in the surrounding area.
· 320 tons of DU munitions were used in the Gulf War and is still in the local environment today. Since that time DU munitions have been employed in the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. Some sources say much more DU munitions were used in these wars.
· The following quote on page 86 of the document seems to indicate that the military recognizes that DU is dangerous. “Current military policy now directs soldiers who come into contact with spent DU munitions or areas contaminated by DU to wear protective clothing, to shower immediately following exposure, and to be medically evaluated.1598 Because no such information or training was provided during the 1990-1991 Gulf War1671 it is important to determine whether chronic health problems may have resulted from DU exposures.” Here is another quote related to a fire that occurred during the gulf war that was very difficult to clean up which also seems to show the danger of the munitions starting on page 86 of the document. “When the fire was out, the area remained extremely hazardous due to the dispersion of massive amounts of debris containing live ordnance, and settling of oxidized DU dust in the area. Injuries and three deaths are reported to have resulted from unintentional detonations of the ordnance.1361 Afterwards, the Army cleared the area and removed most of the contaminated soil. Tests conducted by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in 2001 determined that high levels of DU were still present in soil removed from the area during the 1991 clean up operation.691 DOD reports indicate that as many as 4,000 people were in the area during the fire and that afterwards, over 600 individuals were directly involved in cleanup and decontamination.1620 Cleanup efforts took months to complete, during summer temperatures that typically exceeded 110 degrees, with workers often engulfed by smoke from the burning oil well fires nearby.1620
· Despite the fact that the United States Military now uses DM in their munitions, according to this government document there have been very few studies of the impact of DM munitions on human populations. What studies that have occurred have been inconsistent in that some claim DM is dangerous while others claim it is not dangerous.

· It is known that miners and others exposed to higher levels of uranium have higher rates of lung and other types of cancers but some claim that it is not the uranium but some other factor such as radon that is responsible for the cancers. There is also evidence of genetic changes in people who have experienced high levels of exposure to DU but at this time the effect of these changes is not known.
· Because of DU concerns, various international agencies claim on page 90 that the levels of exposure for most of the Gulf Veterans will not significantly increase their cancer risk but increased risks of cancer for those receiving higher exposures to DU can not be ruled out.
· Page 91 reviews many animal studies involving DU and they found that DU depending on type of uranium, rate of exposure and total amount of exposure often adversely impacts the lungs and kidneys. This is consistent with observations of people suffering from high exposures. However, uranium also lodges in the brain of animals over a long period of time and causes adverse physiological and behavioral changes. The document states that scientists don’t know if DU exposure in the veterans of the Gulf War was high enough to produce these adverse effects. At sufficient dosages DU may also adversely impact the liver’s ability to rid the body of toxic substances. Animal studies show that constant low level exposures to DU results in the long term, to increased cancers and other health issues. Also different organ systems uptake uranium at different rates. Veterans who had DU fragments still in their bodies had a higher risk of developing cancerous tumors adjacent to the fragments.
· In summary, the document indicated that many Gulf War Veterans received low level exposure to DU that did not adversely affect their health in the short run although studies are inconsistent in that some indicated DU exposure adversely impacted some individuals. Animal studies indicate that depending on rates and total amount of exposure, DU munitions can adversely impact health and function. I like government documents because you can still read between the lines and glean a lot of useful information. It does seem like DU is dangerous because the military is expected to wear protective gear. It does seem like once toxic material is spread around like what occurred in the Camp Doha Fire page 86, it is extremely difficult to decontaminate the area. Although short term exposure to DU does not seem to be a problem for most soldiers, it is interesting that the military did not start using these low grade nuclear weapons until the 1990ties. The military has studied depleted uranium since the 1940ties. Why did they start employing these low grade nuclear devices now?

Sticking out like a sore thumb is the fact that the U.S. is detonating these low grade nuclear weapons in wars and is supplying their allies with these nuclear weapons without knowing the long term effect of the weapons, not only on the soldiers who were exposed to them, but on the populations where the nuclear weapons were detonated. Are we paying our taxes allowing our military not only to poison our soldiers but allowing them to unleash horrific dirty bombs on populations of humans and other creatures that will be impacted for billions of years to come?
Why do I say this? Consider the following you can research on line. I found this information from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uranium. Only 2 other metals are denser than uranium, gold and tungsten. Uranium is only produced in super novas but it is more common on earth than silver. According to this source the primary heat generated internally in the earth comes from uranium radioactive decay. It is always found combined with other elements at the following concentrations: 2-4 parts per million in the Earth’s crust, 0.7-11 parts per million in the soils except it can range up to 15 parts per million in the soil of farms that use phosphate fertilizers, and about 3 parts per million in the oceans. This being the case, we probably have a minute quantity of uranium in our bodies. I doubt if we do very well if we get too much uranium in our systems.
If you google the half life of Uranium 238, it is about 4.4 billion years the approximate age of the Earth. Uranium comes in several isotopes. The most common is uranium 238 which is the least radioactive of all the isotopes of uranium. One source claims we dumped between 1,000 to 2,000 tons of depleted uranium on Iraq through our munitions. That means this dangerous substance will be in far greater abundance in that environment then would occur naturally for billions of years. This substance could possibly generate birth defects and cancers for billions of years to come. At high enough concentrations this weapon kills for billions of years.
We the American taxpayers, allow our military to deploy these incredibly powerful weapons throughout the world by our acquiescence. Should we continue to employ these potentially incredibly evil nuclear weapons without comment or discussion? I don’t think so! The beauty of these DU weapons along with their counterparts, genetically engineered foods, pesticides, estrogen mimicking chemicals, hormone disruptors and the chem. trails is that they are all plausibly deniable if they cause harm! The happy fun loving Eugenicist who does not want to be saddled with the responsibility of killing millions or disposing of the bodies does not have too! Nobody will know who done it!
So the happy warrior goes out to defend freedom and liberty using these incredibly efficient killing devices and goes home and his wife spontaneously aborts several embryos without knowing it, has a child with birth defects and hubby dies of cancer 10 to 20 years later. What caused these tragedies? Was it the chemicals from the old plastic containers they used to store their left over foods that started screwing up their endocrine systems? Was it the pills and other prescription drugs that altered the couple’s chemistry that caused their problems? Was it the estrogen mimicking compounds or hormonal disrupters that the couple and their neighbors excreted through their urine and bowel movements from their prescriptions that entered the sewage plant and was not extracted from the water and eventually entered their drinking water? Was it the genetically modified foods that entered the food supplies about 10 to 20 years later? Was it the pesticide run off that the hubby used on his lawn or the runoff from the

fertilizers or pesticides that the farmers used on their crops that entered the water supply? Perhaps it was the chemicals added to the clothing, ink or toilet paper that had something to do with their health problems. Perhaps it was the mercury or arsenic or other toxic compound belched out by the coal fired plant up wind from their residence. Could it be something in the exhaust of the jets that flew overhead? Or could the small amount of depleted uranium he was exposed to during the war had something to do with it?
Early on when he experienced some of the symptoms he had gone to the VA for help and they stated there was no proof that the war had anything to do with what he was experiencing, and from a certain perspective, they were right. Studies show that low exposures to radioactive isotopes, pesticides, medicines, chemicals in plastics, fluoride, genetically modified foods individually and depleted uranium don’t impact human health and function in measurable ways at low doses? But what about the long term? Also what happens when you get low grade exposure from toxic substances from several or many different sources? How about this possibility? At low levels of exposures to toxic substances are there substances that interact with other toxic substances so that when you are exposed to both of them at the same time the toxicity of both is enhanced enough to caused observable problems? Is there a threshold where after you introduce enough toxins at a level that does not affect most people when exposed at a low grade level individually but when combined with other low grade exposures to toxins, at some point a threshold is reached where people get sick and can’t function at their optimum levels. How could you design a study to measure the impact of so many variables? It cannot be done. So those whom we allow to control us continue to introduce toxins or substances that have not been tested into our environment. There is no way to test what I am talking about in a scientific way. From a common sense perspective however, I can probably add differing minute amounts of various toxic substances without killing the goldfish but at some point the toxicity load of the water will overwhelm the goldfish.
So at what point do you decide that our right to life, is threatened? I am no longer focusing my energies on my right to liberty or the pursuit of happiness because without life these rights are meaningless.

Unlike the government document above, he views the development, deployment and use of depleted uranium nuclear weapons as extremely alarming and evil and their impact on our world will be felt for billions of years!

When the Gulf War started, he was assigned to prepare soldiers to respond to nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare, and sent to the Gulf. In 1991 he served as a health physicist for the U.S. Army Depleted Uranium Assessment team of roughly 100 primary members cleaning up Depleted Uranium (DU) in Kuwait, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. He was the U.S. Army Depleted Uranium Project director from 1994 to 1995. Following this, in 1996 and 1997 he directed the development, instruction, and assessment of radiation safety education and field procedures for the U.S. Army at the Bradley Radiological Laboratories, Fort McClellan.
Dr Rokke is one of the authors of Pentagon's program for environmental remediation of formerly used defense sites. He wrote the Army’s field manual for responding to chemical and biological warfare and has trained U.S. soldiers in radiation safety techniques. A former professor of environmental science at Jacksonville University and a veteran of both Vietnam and the Gulf War, Dr Rokke has been in and out of uniform since 1967 and now serves with the U.S. Army Reserves.
Scientific training and first-hand experience with DU contamination lead Doug Rokke to speak out regarding the cover-up of Gulf War casualties and depleted uranium. He calls use of DU a 'war crime'.

· He has been on many documentaries on NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN concerning depleted uranium and related topics. He has also worked with many other countries in this area. According to this host he is the leading expert on DU (Depleted Uranium) and they knew of DU’s affects on troops over 50 years ago. Most of his team that worked on DU decontamination in the various recent wars are dead. He is struggling with many health ailments and has had over 30 surgeries.
· According to Dr Rokke, depleted uranium is the United States Military’s dirty bomb. It is the best weapon to kill everything. We are using it now in military operations and are handing it out to our friends all over the world. Many of our allies refuse to use it because of the known health affects. We are so intent on using this weapon to kill our perceived enemies we ignore its health affects on our own military soldiers as well as other people and creatures where it is used. Various military medical directors have warned about the consequences of its use but the military does not heed their warnings. On June 10th of this year a directive was issued demanding that military victims of DU be given medical treatment but the order has been ignored just as the health affects of agent orange were totally ignored.
· We now have 1 million United States military casualties from the adventures in the Persian Gulf and Afghanistan and they can’t get prompt medical attention that they need. Many of these individuals are not employable, their families are disintegrating and they’re not enough people helping them or their families.
· DU was first used in Iraq against Saddam in 1991 and once it was used, they sent the troops in to attempt to decontaminate and found out it was virtually impossible to decontaminate areas after DU was used. Now DU munitions are used at regular training bases and in shooting ranges near populated areas!
· DU is the primary by product of the radioactive enrichment process for the U.S. Department of Energy. It is produced as a by product to make nuclear fuel for civilian

energy needs as well as a by product in order to make nuclear weapons. 99% of what goes into this process is pure waste. For any other industrial process if 99% of what is produced turns out to be waste it would never be considered or done. Because of this problem, the military and the Department of Energy needed to come up with ways to get rid of these waste products. So it is used in munitions, in ballast of commercial aircraft and just recently they are mixing it into concrete used to reinforce buildings and roads! We are seeing devastating health affects on workers in these fields. We have a nightmare developing. You cannot introduce radioactive materials into the environment without health impacts down the road. Everything we have predicted and have stated in the Defense Department documents has come to pass over the last 70 years.
· In terms of the Fukushima accident you can’t clean it up. It is the same thing I found out at the Nevada test sight when we were blowing everything up. We have no way to clean it up. In addition, there is no medical care so all you do is wait, get sick, suffer and eventually die.
· The Department of Veteran Affairs in their criteria that they have sent out telling their physicians, What are the Health Affects of Depleted Uranium. Rokke quoted this verbatim directly from the document from The Department of Veterans Affairs Vision 11. “Some things you need to know about veterans. A Clinician’s Guide to Specific Veteran’s Issues. “ So this is the VA’s publication to the physicians providing care telling them what the medical problems there are from DU. Now these are exactly what I have. Now when I was recently at the hospital in Washington D.C. at The War Injury Clinic and you called in, they were freaking out because they knew who you were and they knew exactly what kind of problems I was dealing with. “Physical symptoms that may occur as a result of exposure to DU are: sleep problems (totally confirmed on all of us), mood swings (irritability is incredible when that weather changes), symptoms in the upper and lower respiratory system (My doctors are trying to stabilize my respiratory system through all different kinds of medications), neurological-psychological symptoms including memory loss (That’s horrific), chronic fatigue syndrome and immune disorders, skin rashes (You don’t want to see my skin rashes when they break out), unusual hair loss, aching joints, head aches, abdominal pain, sensitivity to light, blurred vision, menstrual disorders ( I don’t have this but females have horrible problems where some have to have early histerectomies), Gastro-intestinal symptoms where you go between explosive diarrhea and constipation (You never know), nervous system disorders such as numbness in the limbs (It is happening to me right now), multiple chemical sensitivities and multiple birth defects.” That is what the VA Directors have told their physicians are associated with Depleted Uranium exposure. When you go to the internal memorandum of the Department of Defense and this is put together by Colonel J. Edgar Wakyama, right

before operation, Direct Freedom. He stated clearly to the senior military commanders, the medical problems associated with DU and I quote, “The Alpha particle taken in by the body produces cell damage and cancer, lung cancer is well documented.” What the particle gets into the body it sits next to the cell and destroys everything around it.
· Areas like Fallujah Iraq were DU munitions were use suffer 12-16 times the average rates of birth defects. A decade ago Life Magazine admitted massive increases in birth defects. Many in the famed 82 Airborne Division out of Fort Brigg North Carolina are producing children that are not viable because the birth defects are so severe. Spontaneous Abortion rates in the military are very high and the suicides are at 7 times previous record levels.
· The PTSD symptoms many are suffering are a function of 3 things: high neuro-toxicidy, fear beyond comprehension and the realization that government officials are lying to us.
· Once you are exposed to DU radiation, for example you fire your tank and the radiation cloud falls back in on you and you breath in the radiation unless you are tested within a short time, the radiation decays within you so by the time it does its damage our equipment can not find the radiation that caused the damage. This is a beautiful example of plausible deniability. So a soldier comes into a clinic with these strange symptoms and disorders and the military can’t find what caused them because the radiation that caused the problem years ago has decayed perhaps a thousand fold from what it was when it did the damage and our technology can’t pick the small residue left over. This is my note. If this guy is talking about uranium 238 radiation, this does not make sense from what I read about U238. It has a half life of 4.4 billion years so it could not decay so fast.
· This doctor is frightened because if the Iranians decide to sink a ship in the Straight of Hormuz then we are off to the races and even if we don’t directly go to a hot nuclear war we are already using nuclear weapons in the last several wars and much more DU will be released into the environment if we launch a war against Iran.
In the following link Dr. Rokke discusses the properties of depleted uranium and how it is used as a military weapon.
· Depleted uranium projectiles are fired at extremely high velocities. According to him because uranium is soft but extremely heavy 70% of it peels off while it is traveling toward the target or after it impacts the target. Since the depleted uranium is flying at such high velocity (300 feet per second) particles .1 micron or smaller peels off the projectile. Some of the particles are solid uranium while the rest catches fire and burns. If true Dr. Rokke gives more explicit explanation of the weaponry as well as 3 reasons why the ground war

in the first gulf war was delayed for a month. During the 1st gulf war we fired approximately 380 tons of munitions with solid uranium. · Dr. Rokke if my understanding is correct was a member of the Army ACERT team. And that guy just did the paperwork. It ensures the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and information systems used in planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling forces in the accomplishment of Army missions across the full spectrum military operations.
· According to Veterans Administration figures from last November, 205,000 GIs who have returned from Iraq, a third of the total of total have sought medical care, for such problems as malignant tumors (1,584) endocrinal and metabolic diseases (36,409), nervous system diseases (61,524), digestive system diseases (63,002), musculoskeletal diseases (87,590), and mental disorders (73,157), among many other conditions. One of the largest categories is “ill defined,” a.k.a. mystery conditions (67,743).
